College of Liberal Arts stands in solidarity with all whose voices

June 16, 2020

The College of Liberal Arts stands in solidarity with all whose voices are raised in opposition to anti-Blackness, systemic racism, and all forms of oppression. Our community of faculty, staff, and students is committed to inclusive teaching, dedicated scholarship, and community and professional service. We seek to understand and overcome the structural roots of all forms of racism, sexism, classism, colonialism, xenophobia, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, religious and gendered hatred and discrimination. We support all efforts to make our community anti-racist and to reflect on and take concrete actions for change as we strive for equity and justice for all.
