43rd-Annual Cal State Puvungna Pow Wow: A Social Celebration of American Indian Cultures

California State University, Long Beach’s annual American Indian social celebration will feature American Indian dancing, arts, crafts, and food. In addition to contests and inter-tribal dancing, there will be Gourd dancing with Dancer Registration closing at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 9. All dancers and drums are invited. Native foods, such as mutton and beef stew, Navajo tacos, fry bread, and Indian burgers, will be on sale at the event, and American Indian vendors will be selling both traditional and contemporary American Indian art. Please note that Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 are reserved for participant parking only; spots for faculty and staff will be unavailable in these lots.
