Registration cost is $30 and includes an event t-shirt. Sizes range from small to 3xl. Register today! Don’t want to walk or run but still want to support? Sign up to volunteer at the event or donate!

Born out of the political urgency to support undocumented students, Breaking Fronteras Undocu5k is a 5K that raises funds to provide scholarships for our AB 540 students on campus. The Breaking Fronteras Undocu5k was created by the Latinx Student Union, composed of all Latinx student organizations at California State University, Long Beach. As a collective, we believe that education should be a right and our goal is for our scholarships to create more accessibility for all students, regardless of legal status, to pursue this right.

Migration is a striking phenomenon that has brought about cultural diversity throughout history and is here to stay. We envision an event that brings the community together as an act of resistance against the policies, structures, and administrations that aim to destabilize the future of undocumented students on campus and the community at large. However, we need your help to make this vision come to life. By contributing to Breaking Fronteras Undocu5k, you will be a part of empowering undocumented students. Your support will allow AB 540 students to continue pursuing higher education despite the adversities they face, and it would be an enormous privilege to have your support for this event.

We look forward to your participation at this year’s Undocu5k. See you all soon!
