Heather Youmans

Heather Youmans is a Los Angeles-based public relations professional. Youmans began her career at Los Angeles Times Media Group and the OC Register interviewing some of the most iconic personalities in the entertainment industry, including: Martina McBride, George Lopez, Brooke Shields, Ann Wilson of Heart, several members of The Beach Boys, Young The Giant, Brian McKnight and more. In 2013, she moved to the other side of the story at global PR firm Hill+Knowlton Strategies, where she worked on award-winning campaigns for 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment/FX/MGM, as well as Target, Dolby, The Rose Parade, Ford, Shell, TCL, IHG and Deloitte, among others. In 2016, she joined the global communications team at legendary music brand Fender. She earned both her MBA (emphasis marketing) and BA in Journalism and Public Relations from California State University, Long Beach. In 2020, she was profiled by Forbes as an inspiring woman in the music and entertainment industry, both on stage and behind-the-scenes.
