Holly Ferris

Holly Ferris is the founder of Ferris Communications, a public relations firm that provides clients with creative and strategic programs and solutions that influence attitudes and change behaviors.

Prior to launching her business in 2003, Ferris spent nearly 12 years at Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc., the sales and marketing corporate headquarters for Toyota, Lexus and Scion in the United States, eventually serving as the public relations manager for the Lexus Division. In her role, she oversaw Lexus’ public relations strategic planning and activities, including counseling executives, preparing press materials, writing speeches, organizing press events and serving as a spokesperson for the division. While at Toyota, Ferris had the opportunity to launch some of the most successful vehicles on the market, introduce cutting-edge technologies, out-run potential corporate crises, and form relationships with key industry executives and media members.

Ferris holds a master’s in business administration from the University of California, Irvine, and a bachelor’s degree in journalism/public relations from California State University, Long Beach. She is a member of the Public Relations Society of America (Orange County and Los Angeles Chapters) and currently serves on the Los Angeles Chapter Board of Directors.
