Quine Reading Group
A new reading group just dropped! The Quine Reading Group (QRG) is open to any student interested in the work and thought of Willard van Orman Quine, philosophy of language and epistemology, analytic philosophy, or related topics and themes. This SU25, the Student Philosophy Association will be discussing Word and Object (1960, MIT Press). Participants will discuss a few sections at each meeting.
- Times: The group will meet on Thursdays at 5:00pm beginning May 29th 2025 and ending August 21st 2025.
- Location: The first meeting will be held on Zoom (https://csulb.zoom.us/j/4785749490). Subsequent meetings are tbd; the group may continue to meet on Zoom or move to a physical location depending on the will of the group.
