  • Center for Human Factors in Advanced Aeronautics Technologies (CHAAT)
    • The Center for Human Factors in Advanced Aeronautics Technologies (CHAAT) at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) is researching the impacts of future automated tools and new operating concepts on human operators in our National Airspace System (NAS). CHAAT researchers address a major bottleneck preventing expansion of our NAS: The human operator. 
  • Center for Usability in Design and Accessibility (CUDA):
    • CUDA is an official CSU Long Beach research and testing center that specializes in usability and accessibility. CUDA’s mission is to evaluate the usability and accessibility of its clients’ technology products before they make costly investments of time, money, or other resources.
  • Robert Newman Computer Lab
    • The Statistics Lab in Room 300 was made available with a contribution from the late Dr. J. Robert Newman, Professor of Psychology.
