We are looking for a diverse group of people who live, work or attend school in Long Beach to participate in the testing of civic apps and websites. We want to know about your experience using technologies deployed by the City, and whether you have concerns about the data they collect. We need the right mix of people to test a particular mobile application, website or device to make sure it fits the needs of all users before the City begins deploying it. And we’d love to get your perspective. Below is a survey with questions about where you live, what devices you own and use, and how you tend to get around town. To get started, please fill out the form below. After you complete the form, we will send you a text message to verify your sign-up. If you live, work or attend school anywhere in Long Beach, you are eligible to be a civic user tester and to participate in focus group discussions. After you get signed up, you’ll receive email or text notifications (depending on your preference) when we have new tests and focus group discussions coming up. You’ll receive a $25 gift card for every study in which you participate!
