Tlatelolco ’68 / 50 Años Commemoration

Oct. 2, 2018 marks the 50-year anniversary of the Tlatelolco student’s masacre  in Mexico City, at the center of the Plaza de las tres culturas. Until now it is unclear how many died when state soldiers open fire in the middle of a peaceful demonstration. Only last week a government agency acknowledged for the first time that it was “a state crime.”
