An opportunity of a life time!
Dates of trip: May 29th – June 7th, 2023
Beach Hillel will be bringing together a diverse group of California State University Long Beach student leaders for a unique and once in a lifetime experience. Together, with 20 CSULB student leaders, we will embark on a 10 day trip to Israel and Palestinian territories where we will explore and hear from a variety of speakers on various topics in Israeli and Palestinian society, including: history, culture, human rights, and political issues. We will travel around the country and visit Christian, Muslim and Jewish holy sites in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Jaffa, and more.
This is a very exclusive opportunity to explore and get familiar with one of the hottest issues in the world today. This trip is open to all California State University Long Beach undergraduates (excluding current seniors) and is a highly subsidized opportunity that includes airfare, accommodations and all activities and transportation, basically you will only need to pay for lunch and souvenir. Please note – there are LIMITED spots available – we will be unable to accept all applicants. Participants will be chosen through this application process, as well as an interview process.
1) Attending orientation and the entirety of the trip.
2) Completing the post-trip survey.
*Participants must be fully vaccinated within 7 days of our flight to Israel.
*A PCR COVID-19 negative test is required 72 hours prior to departure.
