Scholarships for Study Abroad and International Experiences
Interested in studying abroad but concerned about the cost? The Gilman International Scholarship is specifically designed for students with limited financial means and offers awards of up to $5,000 to cover cost of travel, tuition, and other expenses to any destination. You must be a Pell Grant recipient to receive a Gilman Scholarship. The application deadline is October 5. Contact the Study Abroad Office to get started.
Interested in travelling abroad after graduation? The Fulbright U.S. Student Program provides FULLY FUNDED English Teaching Awards, Graduate Study and Research Awards to over 130 countries. Teaching Awards provide up to a year of full financial support and training for recipients to teach English in their host country. Research Awards fund students for up to a year of independent research or graduate school in their host country. The application deadline is October 10 – there’s still time to apply!
