George L. Graziadio Center Workshop: New Audiences for Italian — French and Italian for Spanish Speakers Through Intercomprehension

This is a one-day workshop on the teaching of Italian to Spanish speakers.

RGRLL faculty Claire Martin, Markus Muller, and Clorinda Donato will present their NEH grant “French and Italian for Spanish Speakers.” Additional highlights include Elisabetta Bonvino, author of EUROM 5: Reading and Understanding Five Romance Languages, as the featured speaker, and Simona Montanari’s (CSULA) presentation on the potential for Intercomprehension in the dual-language programs of Glendale Unified School District.
