January 30, 2011Elizabeth Alvarez (BA, 1999, College of Liberal Arts) is a reporter and anchor for FOX 35 in Orlando, Florida. She began her broadcast career as a news assistant for KCBS-TV in Los Angeles, after that she worked as an anchor in Roswell, New Mexico and El Paso, TX.
George Gascon (BA, 1977, College of Liberal Arts) was appointed District Attorney for the City of San Francisco. Prior to his appointment, he was the San Francisco Police Chief.
