Lecture: "Education and Social Transformation in South Africa"
Through an interactive multimedia presentation, CSULB students and faculty who recently visited South African schools, universities, and community centers will share the challenges that this newly democratic country faces as well as the hopes and possibilities of a society in transition. This presentation will be held in conjunction with the University Art Museum’s PEACE PRESS GRAPHICS 1967-1987: Art in the Pursuit of Social Change exhibit, and those who attend will also have the opportunity to view the exhibition.
