The Art of Olive Oil Making and Tasting
April 21, 2012Il Fiorello is a small, family‐owned company dedicated to growing and milling the finest artisan olive oil from their own groves. Their properties are located in Green Valley and Suisun Valley between Fairfield and Napa Valley, a rural area where creekside soils facilitate good drainage for the trees.
