Il Fiorello is a small, family‐owned company dedicated to growing and milling the ﬁnest artisan olive oil from their own groves. Their properties are located in Green Valley and Suisun Valley between Fairﬁeld and Napa Valley, a rural area where creekside soils facilitate good drainage for the trees.
