The Global Fellows Program
Funding undergraduate students to create projects that change the way we see the world!
In Year 1 Fellows participate in leadership development while planning their projects
In Year 2 Fellows complete a project of their own design
The Global Studies Institute will offer up to three undergraduate Global Studies Fellowships where students will be provided leadership and management training while they imagine, create, and execute a project of their own designed to increase CSULB global engagement.
Global Fellows will participate in a two-year program (2021-22, 2022-23) and must commit to monthly meetings for both years.
Global Fellows will receive financial support ($500 per semester) and a separate budget to pilot their original project.
There will be additional opportunities provided to the Global Studies Fellows for gaining new knowledge about international education and networking with leaders on and off campus. Applications for Global Studies Fellows will be accepted from all undergraduate students at CSULB. Students may be any academic level but must be full-time and graduating no earlier than Spring 2023.
