|Seira Tamang is affiliated with the Martin Chautari Research Center based in Kathmandu, Nepal. An international relations scholar by training, her research interests include gender, citizenship, democracy and development. She has published articles in various journals and books in English and Nepali and she is co-editor of the bi-annual journal Studies in Nepali History and Society.
