Nu’alolo Kai

Early wake up call!  And we were off to Nu’alolo Kai, I fell asleep on the way to the place because I was still pretty tired from only getting 5 hours of sleep.  I have to say the boat ride to and from Nu’alolo Kai were the BEST part of the trip, the salt-spray, the wind, the slightly warm/cold temp; it was great.  While there I slept a lot, I guess the feeling of sleeplessness coupled with my stomach ailments from the day before forced me to sleep a lot, it felt great though.  Once I was awake and ready to go I jumped around projects to check them out: Lipo’s GPS, with it’s almost surveying-like prep, the flights and battery dying adventures of the x100 and the native plant garden that the Burney’s take care of.  All of them were real interesting.  After the jumping I went into the water for a little bit and then I tried to even out my tank-top tan by laying out in the sun.  Great day.
