In cooperation with the Center for International Education, the Department of Asian and Asian American Studies at California State University, Long Beach, will offer a yearlong or one-semester study abroad program at Meiji University in Tokyo, Japan. Meiji is one of the best private urban universities in Japan. As a comprehensive research institution, Meiji has 34,000 undergraduate, graduate and professional school students enrolled in 9 faculties (colleges) and 14 graduate schools, including a highly ranked law school.
