A Guest Lecture by Dr. Jeff Halper: “Building Bridges Between Progressive Palestinians and Progressive Israelis”

Jeff Halper is the co-founder and coordinator of the Israeli Committee Against House Demolitions (ICAHD) and was nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize by the American Friends Service Committee. He has a Ph.D. in anthropology and is the author of two books:

1. An Israeli in Palestine: Resisting Dispossession, Redeeming Israel (2010), and

2. Between Redemption and Revival: The Jewish Yishuv of Jerusalem in the Nineteenth Century (1991).
