Guest Lecture: Ronald W. Tobin's "Literature and Gastronomy — How to Book the Cooks"
February 15, 2012Ronald W. Tobin will visit the CSULB campus to present his talk “Literature and Gastronomy: How to Book the Cooks.” Tobin is a professor of French and the Associate Vice Chancellor emeritus at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
