A Russian Journalist’s Escape from Moscow to Washington
Karina Orlova, a prominent Russian reporter and news anchor, was forced to flee her own country after receiving death threats. She is on our campus to tell her story. Orlova will be discussing media, politics and life in contemporary Russia, along with relations between the United States and Russia. She will give advice to future media professionals and to anyone interested in learning more about Russia.
