The Graziadio Center will host its next event of the semester: The Feminine Aspects in the Cultural Roots of Slow Food. For this talk, Dr. Ilaria Tabusso-Marcyan will discuss topics covered in her recently published book, The Cultural Roots of Slow Food, which include the feminine aspects of Italian farming culture, and its influences on the “slow food” movement.
