Graduate Student Research Assistantships Available!

The Geography Department is currently seeking graduate students with field experience in biogeography and/or remote sensing to participate in an NSF-funded research project on carbon sequestration and ranch land management.  Prospective students would enroll in our Master’s degree program and work up to 20 hours per week on the project during the academic semester and full-time in the summer.  Pay is commensurate with experience.  Interested students should contact Dr. Paul Laris for more information.
