BQE Orientation Meeting FA23

There will be a Basic Qualifying Exam (BQE) orientation meeting via Zoom on Thursday, October 26th at 6:00pm (zoom link below). This will be a brief meeting, and its primary purpose is to allow you to ask whatever questions you have about the exam.
The BQE itself will be held on Saturday November 18th (Text portion) and Sunday November 19th (Analytic portion) from 1:00pm–4:00pm each day. The exam locale is tbd.
Finally, note that, for most graduate students most of the time, there is no reason to delay taking the BQE. Thus, if you are able to take it and need to do so, you should take it.
